Fees
This section provides details about the financial responsibilities of each delegation participating in the 2025 FISU University World Cup Football in Dalian, China. All delegations are expected to comply with the conditions below and respect the official payment deadlines defined by FISU and the Organising Committee.
Participant registrationFISU Registration Fees
FISU requires each participating team to pay a registration fee of €50 per person. The FISU International Control Committee Delegate will verify the final delegation composition for each team and issue a final confirmation invoice, to be signed by the Head of Delegation. Teams can choose if they prefer to pay by a bank transfer or if this will be deducted from the €5,000 deposit.
Deposit
Team Deposit: FISU will collect a deposit of €5,000 per team before the competition to ensure participation and compliance with related regulations by all competing teams.
Return of deposit: After the competition, FISU will refund the respective amount of deposit to each team based on different situations of complying with the concerned regulations.
Extra Officials
Any delegation may submit applications to FISU for more officials than the approved quota before the application deadline. Each team is allowed to bring up to 5 officials or technical personnel (e.g. coach, doctor, physiotherapist, certified trainers), that is, including the head coach, the upper limit of the number of officials who can participate free of charge is 5. Extra athletes are not allowed, and 18 players roster registered for the FISU World Cup cannot be modified after the accreditation process is completed.
The fee for extra officials is €120 per day per person. Extra officials are entitled to the same services as other members of their team. Flight tickets for extra officials are the responsibility of their team and will not be covered or reimbursed by FISU. A maximum of 2 Extra Officials are accepted for each team.
